After studying thirteen years
of classical and jazz performance, Music Business, Production and
Engineering, Eric entered the Music Business as a Recording Engineer
at Right Track Recording. This legendary world-class recording
facility in NYC gave him a two-year appointment in executive studio-management
where he was instrumental in the reconstruction and design of the
two main studios at that facility. |

Departing the
studio led to a position as Production Manager at a high-profile
Artist Management firm where he coordinated major-label albums
and international tours. Soon after, he moved his Mastering
and Audio-restoration business out of a one-room basement apartment
to a loft in Brooklyn (“Eric Enjem Studio”). It
was during this time that he became an important part of the independent
and underground music exploding from Manhattan 's Lower East Side
and Brooklyn . It proved to be a rewarding experience that
opened many doors to future ventures. |

As a stinging
backlash to the Music Business’ politics and monotonous Music
of the late 90’s, Eric and colleague Tom Emery founded Purity
Records. A Hard-core and Metal-Core Record Label designed
to showcase the thriving North-East Heavy Music Scene. Thanks
to places like CBGB, and companies like The Syndicate, Purity Records
now has six albums released. |

When Eric approached
Sound on Sound Recording, he found a rare team of people sensitive
to the Independent Music movement. So he brought in his Mastering
and Music Production Services to the studio. |

Eric’s longtime
dedication to serving and building new talent was a perfect bridge
into the latest development, Echometrics: |

Echometrics began
developing artists from the ground-up. Helping singers and
songwriters find their voice through vocal coaching, songwriting,
arranging, image development, and self-reliance. Full Pre-production,
radio-ready recordings, and professional press kits have all become
part of the package. |

| October 2001 |
Eric began an
appointment as Business Consultant and Director of Finance to a
start-up telecommunications firm that helped companies such as
Bank of America accelerate the construction of their disaster recovery
sites in the wake of September 11. |

|
| 2001-2003 |
Tom Gossin, John
Wolff, Anne-Margaret Redding, and Angela Carnegie team with Echometrics
for artist development. Anne-Margaret releases her first
album (“Contagious” –Echometrics); Tom Gossin
releases his first album on another label, and later a ground-breaking
acoustic EP with Echometrics. John Wolff begins songwriting
and pre-production while finishing a degree in classical music. Angela
Carnegie begins showcasing with demos of songs co-written with
Chris Decker. |

| Spring 2004 |
Eric joined a
firm that handles Accounting and Business Management for high-profile
individuals in the entertainment business. Tom Gossin showcases
lead to a major management deal and television show with two brothers
and a band called “Madison Rose”. Anne-Margaret
hits coffee-house tours in the East and Midwest. |

|
| 2005 |
Watch as Madison
Rose's Music Career is shaped through the release of a TV Show
based on the life of the band, and its subsequent major-label release. ‘Entertainment
Business Management’ has a new definition that includes artist
development, music production, and guidance for the purposes of
developing artists for life-long careers in entertainment. |

|
| 2006 |
Artist development
is in full-swing this year. Two full-length releases from
Echometrics, plus three records produced for other independent
labels. You’ll see Eric’s name pop up on about
7 or 10 records this year in the genres of Pop, Rock, Metal, and
Jazz.
